Lesson 1

Let me give you an introduction to our problem, a real World problem I will add:

* In the UK (England to be precise) there has been a requirement for every Local Council to create and maintain a Children's Service Directory. This will list all of the services that a child or young person could use, and its there to aid children, young people, parents/carers and practitioners (people who are working in a professional manner with Children - Social Worker etc.).

Lesson 2 - Describing the tables

What does the title mean? Well in my eyes it means we will reverse engineer the database schema and describe the domain of the problem. We can see how it all fits together and understand a little more about the area we will be working on.

CYPD Ver2

Hi there, my name is Adam and this is a project I have decided to embark upon to help me understand the Symfony MVC application framework.

The concept of Model-view-controller allows a great degree of flexibility in creating web based apps. You have a data model which can be housed in a database, upon which you apply a level of control or business logic to before displaying the relevant view to the World.

My attempt at a user friendly non jargonistic ubuntu promotion leaflet.

	* ubuntu better computer in pdf

	* ubuntu better computer in odg

It's meant to be a tri-fold leaflet. The grey lines give an idea where to fold. Print the first 'page' on one side, then the other on the other side of one A4 piece of paper and fold.

Debian packages for Wifidog

Note, this package is for the wifidog gateway and not the auth server, I may release an auth server package in the future however so watch this space

After installing a few Ubuntu boxes with the Wifidog captive portal, I thought I'd have a bash at creating a debian package for it. This package installs the Wifidog binary, config file and startup script.
