Hi,

I have just started using the service and having problems with emails but now it makes more sense how long are the delays normally?

As I haven't had any luck with Customer Services

Thanks for the info. After a few days usage I've found the battery life to be acceptable to be honest. Overall a nifty solution!

As no one else has commented then I will.

Email on 3 uses silent SMS to trigger connection to the seven servers, this is the main difference between the seven beta and email on three.

This should improve battery life over the beta. You can tell if it is awaiting an sms trigger as it will say disconnected but still show the green equal signs against each account. On receipt of a trigger it will connect and email will be pushed.

I have noticed that there is a slight delay over the beta.
