They're not just sulking. KC charge an order of magnitude more than BT charge for links back to the internet on a business basis. It's because KCOM are way too expensive for higher end business products. Businesses can't afford to set up here because of the price of comms, and they can't afford to put their trust in a provider who looses the internet every few months.
